Key Responsibilities
- Support museum daily operations including welcoming groups and visitors.
- Perform shift responsibilities, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deliver educational offers such as tours, workshops, and events.
- Engage with Museum’s visitors in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to school groups and public visitors.
- Assist with administrative processes, including updating websites and attending to enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum certificate or Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality/Arts Management/Art Education preferred or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in hospitality and tourism, education or arts and culture industry.
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for learning and communicating the arts and sciences.
- Enjoy working with children and people of all ages.
- Strong written and spoken English and a confident public speaker.
- Experience of presenting information to individuals or groups in a public/educational context.
