- Oversee deployment and effectiveness of GEE Team for guest feedback
- Manage daily GEE operations of gaming areas
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff productivity
- Foster a positive and professional team culture
- Assist in leading execution of business initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum secondary/high school education
- Experience in a hospitality or guest service role
- 5 years of management experience in a casino environment (added advantage)
- Proven track record of excellent guest service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong executional, time-management, and prioritization skills
