  • Oversee deployment and effectiveness of GEE Team for guest feedback
  • Manage daily GEE operations of gaming areas
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff productivity
  • Foster a positive and professional team culture
  • Assist in leading execution of business initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary/high school education
  • Experience in a hospitality or guest service role
  • 5 years of management experience in a casino environment (added advantage)
  • Proven track record of excellent guest service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong executional, time-management, and prioritization skills
