Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services.
- Provide strong presence and leadership amongst the team in absence of management.
- Minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency in service and food preparation.
- Monitor cashiering procedures and inspect table set-ups for cleanliness and neatness.
- Review reservation book, pre-assign tables, and follow up on special requests.
- Manage HR responsibilities including hiring, training, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level in a 5-star hotel or a deluxe restaurant.
- Basic service and operational knowledge.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to perform under pressure.
