Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive welcome/farewell.
- Ensure guests are greeted promptly and courteously.
- Engage with guests to enhance service experience with fitness services and facilities.
- Provide refreshments like water and towels.
- Assist guests in engaging with Personal Trainers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment in and around the Fitness Centre.
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- Prior experience to work in a professional environment.
- Prior experience in Customer Services, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
- Possess a strong command of spoken and written English.
- Highly energetic and engaging individual with strong customer service skills.
- Willing to work shifts including Public Holidays and Weekends.
