Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct procurement activities under team lead direction.
  • Maintain company purchasing policy and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and improve administrative processes and procedures.
  • Develop commodity/category strategies and end-to-end sourcing approaches.
  • Excel in supplier negotiations for best value and deal.
  • Perform evaluations for best-in-class pricing and total cost of ownership.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procuring key categories (e.g., Food, Operating Supplies).
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, strategic thinking, analytical skills.
  • Resourceful, well-organized, results/time-oriented, good influencing and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, ability to build rapport at all levels.
