Key Responsibilities
- Conduct procurement activities under team lead direction.
- Maintain company purchasing policy and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Develop commodity/category strategies and end-to-end sourcing approaches.
- Excel in supplier negotiations for best value and deal.
- Perform evaluations for best-in-class pricing and total cost of ownership.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procuring key categories (e.g., Food, Operating Supplies).
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, strategic thinking, analytical skills.
- Resourceful, well-organized, results/time-oriented, good influencing and prioritization skills.
- Excellent business acumen, ability to build rapport at all levels.
