Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services for efficient restaurant operations.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Formulate and implement operating procedures and standards.
- Manage and develop staff, and liaise with executive management.
- Support management team in achieving financial, service, and related goals.
- Deputize for management during their absence.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management or extensive F&B experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a managerial level in a 5-star hotel or deluxe restaurant.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of cuisines, their preparation and service.
- Willing to work any day and any shift.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and able to perform under pressure.
