Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and affiliated properties, driving awareness and visitation, especially for Premium players. Develop strong relationships, ensure excellent customer experience, and manage complimentaries and credit lines. Follow up with credit patrons.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and affiliated properties.
- Promote gaming products and services to target market segments.
- Develop relationships with new and existing Premium players.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Manage complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies.
- Follow up with credit patrons and liaise with Premium Account Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in managerial positions in Casino Marketing or player development within Indonesia Region.
- In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Company Compliance Policy, and Credit Policy.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services at Paiza.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven.
