Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain highest level of hygiene and sanitation in kitchen outlets.
  • Direct ware washing and cleaning of food preparation areas.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Manage inventory of service wares and requisition replacements.
  • Establish par levels and reorder supplies.
  • Prepare weekly work schedules for stewarding team members.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least five years of steward or related janitorial experience.
  • One year in multi-unit and two years in supervision.
  • At least two years’ experience in all phases of banquets.
  • Certification in sanitation management.
  • Working knowledge of sanitation requirements and pest elimination.
