Key Responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of hygiene and sanitation in kitchen outlets.
- Direct ware washing and cleaning of food preparation areas.
- Inspect and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Manage inventory of service wares and requisition replacements.
- Establish par levels and reorder supplies.
- Prepare weekly work schedules for stewarding team members.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- At least five years of steward or related janitorial experience.
- One year in multi-unit and two years in supervision.
- At least two years’ experience in all phases of banquets.
- Certification in sanitation management.
- Working knowledge of sanitation requirements and pest elimination.
