Key Responsibilities

  • Act as key digital media partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder briefings to gather requirements and translate needs into strategies.
  • Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign delivery with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage external agencies for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop user journey and funnel frameworks for cross-channel media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on management of paid media (search, programmatic, paid social, email).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
