Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or guest experience.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in hospitality or gaming environments is a plus.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
