- Manage Hotel and Casino Valet Cashier Counters
- Handle and process valet and self-park charges using POS machine
- Submit accurate cashier-related paperwork for revenue audit
- Provide service and experience according to departmental standards
- Provide information on valet, self-park, and other guest queries
- Monitor and report any anomalies to Valet Captains
Requirements
- No formal education required
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- Knowledge of POS machine is an advantage
- Service and guest oriented with a positive attitude
- Responsible, proactive, and takes initiative
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
