Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasing environment in public areas.
- Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to PAD Team Members.
- Ensure public areas appear fresh and inviting to guests.
- Cater to the needs and requests of internal and external guests.
- Ensure team members are trained in safety procedures.
- Assist managers in managing operating costs and supplies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in sanitation and hygiene.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/equipment and safety requirements.
- Possess good manual dexterity.
- Possess excellent guest relation and communication skills.
- Read, write, speak and understand English.
- Able to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
