About the role
Seeking a motivated intern for the Infrastructure team to gain hands-on experience in managing enterprise-grade compute platforms and operating systems (Windows Server, Red Hat Linux). Support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain compute infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
- Support installation, configuration, and patching of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Document standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
- Manage virtual machines and cloud resources in hybrid environments.
Requirements
- Full-time matriculated student.
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Well-organized, proactive, with attention to detail.
