- Follow orders and advice from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs.
- Adapt to business needs and work any day/shift.
- Monitor food production for compliance with recipes and specifications.
- Ensure quality and sanitary condition of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in culinary work areas.
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma and Certification in Culinary Arts.
- 1-3 years of experience as a culinary arts, pastry, or bakery professional.
- Able to identify different kinds and categories of raw materials.
- Can differentiate various types of cuisines.
- Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge.
- Willing and able to work shift work.
