Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.
- Deal with enquiries via walk-ins, calls and email.
- Ensure smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations.
- Always maintain the cleanliness of working areas.
- Ensure to provide excellent service to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ manager and head of department.
Requirements
- Minimum O level, Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and/or one other language a plus.
- Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, independently with good communication skills.
- Able to handle onsite and phone calls of customers' enquiries.
