- Lead a team of outlet Host and Hostess.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service.
- Seat guests according to designated rotation plans.
- Personalize guest experiences and acknowledge special occasions.
- Manage reservations and inquiries.
- Ensure team is updated on menu and offering changes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service/guest contact roles in hospitality.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
