Key Responsibilities
- Maintain security and safety of assigned posts and areas.
- Respond to first aid incidents and emergencies.
- Monitor persons and property for security.
- Escort or carry valuables as assigned.
- Manage crowd levels and potential safety hazards.
- Handle lost property in accordance with procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary 2 / ITE equivalent education.
- Must possess a valid Special Employee License.
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Able to work overtime and different shifts on short notice.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle stress and multi-task.
