Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, end-to-end support for high-value patrons.
- Assist with pre-arrival and in-house management (room sourcing, booking).
- Coordinate aviation bookings and transport arrangements.
- Manage patron arrival lists, room reservation statuses, and late check-outs.
- Support regional team's admin and operations.
- Handle program dues, extensions, and expense settlements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Casino Marketing.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ACSC, Opera, and DexRM system is preferred.
- Ability to perform rotating shift work and work on public holidays and weekends.
- Highly motivated and self-manageable.
