Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and wines.
- Know designated glassware, garnishes, preparation methods, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, and prices.
- Be aware of daily specials, out-of-stock items, bar layout, table set-ups, and hours of operation.
- Impute items in the Info Genesis system and be aware of daily arrivals/departures and VIPs.
- Maintain storage areas with proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
- Upsell to guests whenever possible and prepare special items for events.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months in bartending experience.
- Meet the legal age to handle alcohol for work purposes.
