Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests
- Assist with restaurant preparation and setting up
- Manage restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries
- Conduct suggestive selling and up-selling
- Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes
- Diploma in any field is an advantage
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
