Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for referrals from senior leadership, VIPs, and media.
- Manage pre-arrival correspondence with VIPs via various mediums.
- Anticipate all guest needs to provide an exceptional arrival and stay experience.
- Ensure rooms are ready, prepared, and inspected prior to guest arrival.
- Provide personalized in-suite check-in and good product knowledge for recommendations.
- Extend departure calls, conduct bill reviews, and assist with luggage/transfer arrangements.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of front office operations.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- Proficient with OPERA and relevant property management systems.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
