Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for referrals from senior leadership, VIPs, and media.
  • Manage pre-arrival correspondence with VIPs via various mediums.
  • Anticipate all guest needs to provide an exceptional arrival and stay experience.
  • Ensure rooms are ready, prepared, and inspected prior to guest arrival.
  • Provide personalized in-suite check-in and good product knowledge for recommendations.
  • Extend departure calls, conduct bill reviews, and assist with luggage/transfer arrangements.

Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of front office operations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Proficient with OPERA and relevant property management systems.
  • Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
