Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project documentation.
- Engage with vendors and track project schedules/deliverances.
- Assist with design processes for OS&E and NTFFE.
- Organize drawings, layouts, and inter-departmental documents.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of project documents.
- Contribute to process optimization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, Interior Design, or related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations planning, project management, interior design, or document management is a plus.
- Ability to categorize and maintain documentation efficiently.
- Ability to execute design balancing operational needs with guest experiences.
- Attention to detail in spotting inconsistencies and errors.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
