Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Premium Players on floor and develop professional relationships.
  • Respond to and resolve player requests and feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Marketing, Table Games, F&B, Hotel) on patron needs.
  • Support execution of special events and promotions.
  • Promote Paiza Lifestyle Experiences and Services to Premium Players.
  • Deliver premium customer experience and act as a key contact point.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in Casino Marketing or player development.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML Policy, Company Compliance Policy, and Credit Policy.
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services, especially the Premium Program.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-centric, service-oriented, and sales-driven.
