Key Responsibilities
- Engage Premium Players on floor and develop professional relationships.
- Respond to and resolve player requests and feedback promptly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Marketing, Table Games, F&B, Hotel) on patron needs.
- Support execution of special events and promotions.
- Promote Paiza Lifestyle Experiences and Services to Premium Players.
- Deliver premium customer experience and act as a key contact point.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in Casino Marketing or player development.
- In-depth knowledge of AML Policy, Company Compliance Policy, and Credit Policy.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services, especially the Premium Program.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-centric, service-oriented, and sales-driven.
