Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair processes for Slot and Table Games equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adequate technical floor coverage.
- Maintain equipment in optimum operational condition.
- Install and relocate equipment efficiently.
- Respond to service calls promptly and handle customer complaints.
- Update knowledge of new gaming industry products and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of technical experience in slot or table games operations preferred.
- Good understanding of Slot and Table games operations.
- Experience with maintenance and repair of Electronic Table Games Equipment preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting.
