Key Responsibilities
- Take reservations and answer phone calls.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
- Seat guests according to rotation plans and ensure fair distribution.
- Personalize guest experiences using names and acknowledging special occasions.
- Maintain guest profiles and note special occasions.
- Relay guest comments to management.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with "O" Level passes.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/guest contact roles.
- Experience preferably in a hospitality organization.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
