Key Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations and train culinary staff.
- Follow standard recipes and guidelines for food production and presentation.
- Manage stocks, place food orders, and conduct goods receiving checks.
- Adhere to food and safety hygiene policies.
- Ensure consistent food quality and efficient production flow.
- Minimize waste and spoilage to meet budget.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Culinary or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant.
- Comprehensive and diverse culinary background.
- Excellent logistical, culinary, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Willing to work shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
