Key Responsibilities
- Process Concierge and ticketing related requests.
- Communicate with guests, Front Office, Guest Services, etc.
- Register guests in the Property Management System (OPERA).
- Handle guest inquiries about tourist information.
- Monitor hotel lobby activities and report suspicious incidents.
- Maintain liaison with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Full-time matriculated student with a diploma in Hospitality Operations.
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Pay attention to details and have strong customer service skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- A team player and takes initiative.
