Key Responsibilities
- Calculate cost of Inter-Kitchen Transfers and Bars.
- Calculate recipe costs and review selling price/profit margin.
- Conduct Yield Test & Butchery Test with chefs.
- Update Point-of-Sales System and test new items.
- Update tobacco issues, requisitions, and conduct inventory.
- Update stock take worksheets for F&B Stores, Bars, and Non-F&B outlets.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Must be a full-time matriculated student.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Possess basic accounting knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
