Supervise minibar operations, including team management, stock control, and guest service. Ensure adherence to hotel standards and efficient operations. Train and support team members, manage inventory, and investigate guest disputes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign duties and inspect work quality of team members.
- Supervise, train, support, and monitor team members.
- Conduct on-the-job and in-service training.
- Requisite stocks and ensure PAR stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure accurate postings on Opera based on consumption and replenishment.
- Maintain daily stock count and supervise minibar controllers.
Requirements
- Diploma in education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Minibar.
- Ability to communicate verbally and written effectively.
- Strong leadership skills to teach and manage team members.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
