Key Responsibilities
- Row the sampan boat in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure workstation is well-maintained and stocked.
- Review safety procedures and suggest optimal operations.
- Be conversant with sampan operations and emergency procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the sampan and work area.
- Attend to guest requests and report suspicious activities.
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- Certificate in Hospitality Operations preferred.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Pays attention to details and has strong customer service skills.
