Key Responsibilities
- Support Event Managers in coordinating event-related matters.
- Enhance and optimize client and delegate event experience.
- Handle Event Business Management Software (EBMS).
- Handle Point of Sale system (POS).
- Generate Event Summary and WSH reports.
- Generate and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
Requirements
- Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
- Good Customer Relationship Management Skills.
- Well-groomed and professional disposition.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
