Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via cold calling and coordinate interviews.
- Support recruitment and DEI events.
- Process background checks and onboarding documentation.
- Assist with new hire orientation and digital learning content.
- Manage staff movement records.
- Assist with recognition, events, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Undertaking a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and meticulous.
- Team player with initiative.
- No experience required.
