Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations and maintain customer service standards.
- Lead a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders, and Hosts.
- Provide strong presence and leadership in absence of management.
- Minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma and extensive F&B experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level in a 5-star hotel or deluxe restaurant.
- Basic service skills.
