Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Update team members attendance and temperature log sheet.
- Provide excellent customer service promptly and courteously.
- Handle customer requests tactfully and resolve complaints.
- Perform crowd control for big events and guard tours.
- Liaise with Facilities and Logistics teams for event support.
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years Security experience.
- Preferably from Conventions or the Hotel Industry.
- Preferably with forklift and high reach equipment license.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Willing to work various shifts, including public holidays.
