Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on stock inventory checks
- Conduct building maintenance and basic electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform on-site checks
- Estimate project materials and man-hour consumption
- Manage handymen and perform ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure quality work is carried out on schedule
Requirements
- Higher Nitec or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Worked in Engineering or Facilities department
- Familiar with hand and power tools
- Basic command of spoken and written English
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and up to midnight
