Key Responsibilities
- Support innovations, improve operations, and leverage data analytics.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Assist in evaluating processes to enhance IT performance.
- Organize, archive, and maintain data artifacts.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Contribute to automation and streamlining of analytics reporting.
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in IT/Management, Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Proficient with Advanced Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficient with Python, SQL, data visualization tools & dashboarding technologies (Power BI / Tableau).
- Foundation in Python scripting and Power App development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
