Key Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge casino guests, provide friendly, excellent service.
- Converse on a professional level in English with customers.
- Deal assigned games and assist Pit Supervisor in tracking play and game observation.
- Deal assigned games according to Marina Bay Sands rules & procedures.
- Protect the integrity of games through observation and reporting of suspicious activity.
- Comply with all regulations and standards related to Anti-Money laundering and Terrorism Financing.
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Respond to and handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations.
- Memorize game rules and procedures and be committed to outstanding customer service.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
