- Detect, triage, and escalate cyber threats and failures.
- Ensure compliance with CSOC analyst runbooks.
- Comply with IT and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare CSOC metrics and trending.
- Participate in the investigation of security violations and breaches.
- Review and follow up on alerts from cyber security tools.
