Key Responsibilities
- Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests.
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement.
- Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned.
- Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided).
- Plan and execute of a Service Campaign.
- Perform Secondary Duties including Brochure Requisition, Bulletin Board Updates, Equipment Maintenance, Stationaries Requisition, First Aid Inventory and Counter Cleanliness.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
- Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
