Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests.
- Process cash, comp, coupon, or credit card transactions.
- Handle all cash transactions accurately and calculate change.
- Enter particulars of sales and payment into the POS system.
- Account for guest checks and complete required paperwork.
- Prepare daily cash receipts and cash remittance report.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with O Level passes.
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
