Key Responsibilities
- Support Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Train Chef de Partie and Commis on kitchen standards and hygiene.
- Follow standard recipes and guidelines for food presentation and production.
- Manage stocks, place food orders, and check goods receiving.
- Abide by food & safety hygiene policy and handle kitchen equipment properly.
- Ensure high-quality food standard and adhere to stringent hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma / Certification in Culinary or Management.
- At least 5 years of supervision position experience in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant.
- Comprehensive and diverse culinary background.
- Excellent logistical, culinary and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing and able to do shift work.
