Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site checks and repairs.
- Ensure quality works are carried out on time schedule.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Assist other facilities department team members.
- Perform all duties in accordance with MBS policies.
- Enforce all safety programs and training with regards to WSH.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of solid hands-on practical working experience in Integrated Resorts, Hotels, Conference and Exhibition Center, or shopping mall.
- Intimate knowledge of all major systems, their operation, and potential weaknesses.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Preferably experience working outdoors and exposed to various environmental factors.
