About the role
F&B Pastry/Bakery Senior/Sous Chef - Main Kitchen Pastry/Bakery. Support Executive Chef, manage administrative duties, assist in menu preparation, ensure food quality and safety standards, and train culinary colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef and the team ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and handle all administrative duties for the department.
- Assist in menus preparation, recipe card and plating guides.
- Work closely with receiving and purchasing team on raw material quality.
- Ensure quality of food items according to standards and food safety requirements.
- Monitor production of food items to ensure compliance with recipes and specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts/ Pastry or related field preferred.
- 7 years managerial experience in a high volume 4-5 star hotel / Restaurant.
- Comprehensive and diverse culinary background.
- Knowledge of Asian / Western / Italian / Japanese cuisines.
- Knowledge in using computer for administration work.
- Excellent logistical, culinary and leadership skills.
