- Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs.
- Adapt to business needs and work any shift.
- Monitor food production for compliance with recipes and standards.
- Ensure quality and sanitary condition of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in culinary work areas.
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma and Certification in Patisserie or Bakery.
- 1-3 years of experience as a pastry or bakery professional.
- Able to identify different kinds of raw materials.
- Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge.
- Monitoring of basic cooking preparation techniques.
- Willing and able to work shift work.
