Key Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs.
  • Adapt to business needs and work any shift.
  • Monitor food production for compliance with recipes and standards.
  • Ensure quality and sanitary condition of food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in culinary work areas.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma and Certification in Patisserie or Bakery.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a pastry or bakery professional.
  • Able to identify different kinds of raw materials.
  • Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge.
  • Monitoring of basic cooking preparation techniques.
  • Willing and able to work shift work.
