About the role

Responsible for forwarding and receiving information, preparing reports, assignments, and guest requests. Enters room status into the computer, maintains administrative data, key control, and lost property. Coordinates with Engineering for maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forward and receive department information
  • Receive, record, and distribute reports
  • Prepare assignments for room attendants
  • Prepare Housekeepers daily reports
  • Enter accurate room status into computer daily
  • Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance requests

Requirements

  • Secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year housekeeping operations experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Relevant experience in hospitality environment
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude
