Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms.
  • Replace all linen and towels, vacuum, dust, and clean bathrooms.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate with them.
  • Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge all guests.
  • Maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight.
  • Willing to work on public holidays.
