- Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms.
- Replace all linen and towels, vacuum, dust, and clean bathrooms.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with them.
- Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge all guests.
- Maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight.
- Willing to work on public holidays.
