Guest Service Agent - Mall Concierge at Marina Bay Sands. Deliver a wonderful shopping experience, attend to shopper inquiries and feedback, and perform mall marketing redemptions. Provide VIP service training and act as a proud ambassador for The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Willing to work various shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests.
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement.
- Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned.
- Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided).
- Be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays.
- Great personality with excellent customer service attitude.
- Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field.
