- Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment, such as switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, or control systems (coursework or internship experience acceptable).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues based on symptoms, test results, or technical documentation like Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Drawings.
