Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and oversee work quality.
- Attend meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Input to consultants' technical and design proposals.
- Manage and coordinate ongoing projects and events.
- Interface with consultants and build stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Architectural/Project Management/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with Architectural and M&E works.
- Good analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities.
- Good time management, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
