Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversee work quality.
  • Attend meetings and provide technical inputs.
  • Input to consultants' technical and design proposals.
  • Manage and coordinate ongoing projects and events.
  • Interface with consultants and build stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Architectural/Project Management/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with Architectural and M&E works.
  • Good analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Good time management, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
