Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise M365 services.
- Ensure service availability, performance, security, and compliance for M365.
- Manage vendors and oversee service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Lead or coordinate ICT project implementation and vendor management.
- Evaluate technologies to meet business needs.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance work performance.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Computer Science and related disciplines.
- Intermediate-level Professional certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and access management, endpoint management, or cloud solution architecture are preferred.
- More than 2 years of experience in administering M365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot).
- Experience in managing RPA systems and M365 security and governance services is an advantage.
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities related to Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in scripting/coding in PowerShell/Python, Power Apps/Automate, Copilot Studio or equivalent.
